To confirm your reservation at The Schiller House, full payment is required.

Because our spaces are designed for adults, decorated with antiques, and alcohol is served, guests under the age of 21 are not permitted.

Pets are Welcome

Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome to stay in both The Main House and The Garden Cottage. The pet fee is $25 per night, per dog (max of 2).

Minimum Stays:

A two-night minimum stay is required. For one night stays during the week, we recommend our hotel, Vinchester Inn.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 3pm Check-out time is 11am

A credit card is required to be kept on file for your stay. We reserve the right to assess and charge for any damages, missing items or excessive cleaning fees.

cancellations

Because we are a small, family-owned B&B, we ask that you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. Cancellations have a large effect on us, unlike hotel chains and larger properties.

For any cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your reservation, please email or call us for a full refund, less a 10% cancellation fee.

For cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Should your stay at The Schiller House be shortened for any reason, you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation with us.

Privacy

At The Schiller House, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information. Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Schiller House. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. The Schiller House does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.

At The Schiller House, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. The Schiller House may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
